Updates – Novice Singles, Major Triples, Men’s Pennants

Novice Singles – Men’s and Women’s.

Please find below the draw for the Novice Singles competition.

Games are played on Sunday mornings commencing 21 January with cards will be called at 9.10am.

There will be a two end rollup and first to score 21 shall be the winner.

The four women bowlers will be playing for the 2023-24 Women’s Novice trophy with the winner playing on into the main draw for overall winner.

Losing players may be required to mark for a game on the following week.

Club Major Triples;

Hopefully everyone will have finished holidays and sickness and we can get on and finish this competition.

Semi Finals are scheduled for Saturday 3 February with cards called at 12.30pm and Final to be played on Saturday 10 February.

Men’s Only Pennants:

We have entered one team into the C Grade competition. Play will be on Wednesday mornings with cards called at 9.45am. There will be no pre-game roll ups allowed.

First round is at Wenty Leagues on this Wednesday and players if not going direct should meet at the club at 8.30am. If raining I would expect Wenty to play the game on their covered synthetic grass covered area.

Rounds 2, 3 and 4 will all be played at home with cards called at 9.45am.
