Fours and Sevens play brilliant bowls

Playing brilliant bowls our Fours ripped through Hunters Hill 94 to 37 in the Minor Semi and then trashed Wenty Black 60 to 54 in the Final to come up against the undefeated Wenty White in the Grand Final. With two ends to play we were only one shot behind, but Wenty prevailed to take the game by 65 shots to 62. A great effort fellows for a wonderful season.

In the Sevens we beat Wenty Black by 66 shots to 50 in the Elimination Game and then after getting in front got run over by NBC Sports in the last six ends to lose 57 to 70 in the Semi Final. A truly great effort by our Sevens who have not seen finals bowls for many years.
